Kolla in Yogobe.
//I have begun testing a new page called Yogobe with a lot of fun exercise program (yoga, meditation, stretching, etc.) that you can do wherever you are in the world. All you need is a connection and a computer. Perfect training on the trip! Check out Yogobe.
//Perhaps you dream of a trip this summer, but has no real plan on how to put together a holiday budget. No problem! With a little determination and planning, it should probably go your way. Here are my best saving tips:
Food, we all need this of course, but this cost can certainly be reviewed. Make lunch boxes, freeze leftovers. Plan more. Try throwing less by keeping track of it in the fridge (best before date). Shop when there is a special price in stores and compare prices. You may even start to grow some vegetables by yourself?
Do a financial overview of a few months. What do you really need? Are there any unnecessary expenses that you can sacrifice? Is there anything that you can be fine without, for example, chocolate and ice cream? Download an app to get the track. Swedbank for example has a built-in feature of their app in order to get a good overview.
Clothes and shoes. Check through the wardrobe, sure you do not use it all? Maybe you can change some clothes with a friend or sibling. If you absolutely must purchase something take a look first at secondhand.
Home electronics, gadgets and home furnishings. Try to really think through if you need something beyond what you have and focus instead on your goals. Do you really need something, you can check online first to get a better price.
Accommodation cost. This may not be so easy to change unless you move to somewhere else. But if you stand for electricity, water and heat you can try to switch off lights and not have the heat turned up to much and do not take as long showers.
Insurances. Home insurance, accident insurance and so on. These can be good to compare and check around at different companies.
Transportation costs. Walking and cycling as much as you can. Otherwise, bus and train is good for your wallet if it is available where you live.
Subscriptions. Check on what you use. Maybe you do not need to have Netflix, HBO Nordic and Cmore the same month? Phone charges and Internet can also be good to compare and see different options.
Beauty. Check youtube and teach you and your friends / family members to give each other hair cuts. It’s fun and free. And maybe you can pause your gym membership for a while during the spring and summer period and workout outdoors? Long walks and home exercising with body weight is super good.
Other expenses. Often it is this that runs away. Avoid using cash, otherwise it is easy to forget what you buy. And always take a receipt everywhere so you remember what you’ve been shopping. Certain other costs are obviously necessary, such as dentistry and medicine, etc. but many times it’s stuff that you actually manage without such as takeaway coffees and sweets that can be expensive in the long run.
Good luck!
