Höjdpunkten i Val Thorens blev besöket på Michelin-restaurangen Jean Sulpice som arbetar med lokala leverantörer i området samt använder många ekologiska råvaror. Vi testade deras smakmeny och det var många spännande rätter i kombination med smakrika viner. Vad sägs om sniglar i ravioli, ostron i jordärtskocksmousse eller en brinnande chokladpralin?
